Katie won a presidential fitness award at school and had the opportunity to compete at the County level. So...on a freezing cold day, we all huddled in a stadium to wait for Katie to compete in the Shuttle Run. She was sick with a head cold, but didn't want to miss out on the opportunity. I was so proud of her. She ran her little heart out and had the best time. Katie received a participation award that is now proudly displayed on our refrigerator! Go Katie!!!
