Here are the first photos we've received from Melissa's new school.  Each time we talk with her, she is so happy.  It's a very small school with only 6 girls.  The staff is amazing and supportive.  She is doing great with her school work and is quickly catching up.  Some of the activities she gets to do includes dance, fencing, piano, cooking, farming, and arts/crafts.  Each day there is something special that the girls get to do.  I am so thrilled to see her smile.  Today, I told Tabb that I actually felt a glimmer of happiness.  He surprised me by saying that he wasn't there yet.  This is going to take some time to get used to her not being here with us, but if the pictures are any indication...the best is yet to come!!
